  • Examination periods are from 12/1 to 1/31 for the 1st semester, or 5/1 to 7/31 for the 2nd semester.

The following qualifications must be met before submitting a Thesis Proposal application:

  • Completion of required courses (including prerequisites)
  • Meet Research Ability Graduation Requirements
  • Certificate of Completion for Academic Research Ethics Course

(5-9 member panel)

  • 4-3 Ph.D. Thesis Proposal Review Application Form
    (1 per student)

  • Ph.D. Candidates may apply for the degree examination at least one semester after passing the dissertation proposal review.
  • Students wishing to apply for oral defense before 11/30 or 4/30 must submit the application no later than two weeks before the defense starts.

※Students must contact their Advisor and Committee members a few days before the defense to confirm the time and location.
 

※Master's and Doctoral students should submit the dissertation draft and originality comparison report to the committee members for reference before the defense.

 

※ Receipts for Oral Defense Review Fee
"Internal Committee Member": Only need to fill in Affiliation, Job Title, ID Number, and Signature. The date must be the day of the defense.

"External Committee Member":
Must fill in all fields. The date must be the day of the defense.
